Christoph Siegel, Managing Director and Wilhelm Schreiner, Partner of ConMoto, spoke about the end-to-end transformation of global supply chains and their key role in operational excellence.
The supply chains for key technologies – from raw material and material procurement through the various supply stages to the product and delivery to the customer – are becoming increasingly fragile. Against the backdrop of this development, Siegel presented the design of end-to-end processes in order development that improve risk management and stabilize supply chains. These end-to-end processes are interlinked with the company’s short and medium-term planning processes. This creates a paradigm shift in the overall organization that integrates the functions involved and optimizes performance throughout the company.
