(Senior) Associate Supply Chain Management (m/f/d)

You will carry out challenging consulting projects for our national and international clients in various industries. You will quickly take on responsibility in the project, prepare well-founded analyses, develop suitable solutions and implement them consistently.

Your tasks

• You analyze and define measures to increase efficiency along relevant supply chain processes and structures: the focus lies on optimizing the operating model and working capital as well as the overall planning processes
• With your end-to-end approach, you advise customers in strategic and operational purchasing on the (re)design of organizational structures, cost reduction programs and category management
• You will use your manufacturing expertise to support the establishment of production systems and the design as well as implementation of smart factory solutions
• As a Senior Associate, you will also be responsible for partial subprojects and support our consultants in their professional and personal development
• You integrate your expertise in strategic corporate management to promote growth areas and drive the internal development of the Industry & Retail Competence Centre with a focus on supply chain management topics

Your profile

• You have completed your university Master’s degree in economics, (business) informatics or natural sciences
• Ideally, you have a double academic qualification (in addition to your university master’s degree, e.g. a doctorate or an MBA)
• As a prospective Senior Associate, you have already gained relevant professional experience in industry or management consulting after completing your Master’s degree; as an Associate, you were able to gain initial insights into our industry through internships and working student positions
• You are fluent in German and English; additionally, you have excellent analytical skills
